How Many Sessions Do I need? Generally I follow the format given below
It is highly recommended to have the number of sessions listed above, however people’s needs are different and some clients may need more sessions and some clients may need less.
What is Positive Suggestion? Positive suggestion is a positively worded statement or command, which is given to the subconscious mind whilst in the state of hypnosis. When the conscious mind is engaged, suggestions are given directly or indirectly to the subconscious mind which either accepts or rejects suggestions given.
Does Hypnosis Work? Yes it does. It is the most effective way of stopping smoking and loosing weight. Studies have proved this! Hypnosis is one of the most effective and fastest methods of change available today.
Can I be hypnotized? Yes, everyone can be hypnotized. In fact, when you are concentrating on watching a film you are actually in a form of light trance.
Can I be Hypnotized to do something against my Will? Absolutely not!! There is a safeguard in hypnosis. Anything that is suggested that is against your beliefs, morals, religion, ethics wants or desires will simply be rejected by you. It is impossible for you to be made to do anything against your will.
Is Hypnosis 100% Guaranteed? It is never possible to guarantee human behavior. People experience hypnosis in different ways therefore the results can vary. When you arrive for a hypnosis session, make sure that you are extremely relaxed. Never arrive with the attitude that you cannot be hypnotized because you will be wasting your own time and that of the therapist. When suggestions are followed and accepted the success rate is very high.
Will I be Asleep? No No No… you are NOT asleep when you are in hypnosis. You are acutely more aware and focussed than you normally are. You remember and hear everything that is said in hypnosis. Some people can at first forget some parts of hypnosis however when given a gentle push they remember everything.
Will I wake up? Of course you will wake up! You can’t wake up from something if you have not been asleep in the first place! There is nothing to wake up from?
